FCP Seminar 24/3
In today's seminar, I created a poster in relation to the brief and to my target audience, which is people with Long Term Conditions. People with Long Term Health Conditions covers anyone who has a diagnosis of a chronic condition such as asthma, COPD, bronchitis, diabetes etc.
I want the consumer to feel open and free to talk about their condition without the fear of judgement, hence the text 'reaching out for help is brave.' People may see asking for help as a sign of weakness, when in reality, it shows strength. Showing vulnerability is a normal act of human nature and allows people to help when needed. I want the consumer to feel like they are not alone in how they feel and should not suppress their emotion due to pride or the thought of no one will listen to them. People with long term conditions are more likely to suffer from anxiety and depression compared to those who don't suffer from any long term health conditions.
I decided to mainly go for the colour blue it symbolises trust and loyalty. It can also be associated with tranquility and calmness.
